Copacabana or Sorata for Lake Titicaca views and vibe

Trying to choose a spot on Lake Titicaca for a few days, Copacabana seems touristy but easy, is Sorata worth the extra trip for scenery and relaxing?
 
Sorata is beautiful for trekking but Copacabana is better for Titicaca, especially if you want to visit Isla del Sol. The views from the island are stunning.
