Best time of year to walk the Camino de Santiago?

Walking a section of the Camino in early September meant perfect weather and not too many crowds; the quiet stretches were so peaceful and reflective. I would recommend this timing. What are your thoughts on this?

That sounds like absolutely the ideal time to go. Perfect weather and not having to deal with big crowds makes for a much more special, reflective walk. Thanks for the tip on the early September timing. I'll definitely keep that in mind if I plan to walk the Camino.
