Best hidden gem in Scotland besides the usual Highlands spots?

Everyone talks about Skye and Glencoe, but curious about places in Scotland that are maybe less swamped with tourists. Thinking about somewhere with amazing coastal views or history. What smaller, incredible location would you recommend visiting?

I totally get wanting to skip the crowds. Skip Skye and go to the Isle of Harris instead. The beaches there, like Luskentyre, are absolutely mind-blowing, pure white sand and turquoise water, but with way fewer people. The drive up is incredible too.
