Is Sentosa Island worth a full day trip for adults

Thinking of spending a whole day there, or should I just do an afternoon at a beach bar and move on what do you think.

A full day can be a lot unless you are doing Universal Studios, maybe combine a few hours at Palawan Beach with the sunset view and dinner on the mainland.
